Our farm has a small herd of pasture raised heritage-cross pigs. They are kept outside and given all they need to do what pigs love to do, root, roll and trot around.

Our pork is dry aged for several days before butchers expertly cut and package it for us.

Pork shoulders are great for roasting or slow cooked to create pulled pork.
