Our pastured gammon has been dry cured. Our pigs have spent lots of time running around and rooting giving them a wonderful flavour which you won’t find in supermarket gammons.

Our family love gammon either oven roasted with a maple syrup glaze or, if we are in a hurry, we pop them in the pressure cooker with some spices.
