Our pigs have the best of everything! They are raised on pasture. This means that they get to run around and express their full “piggy-ness.” They are moved on a 10 day cycle to fresh area and herbage. Giving them a full piggy life and a subsequent full and rounded flavour.

Pork leg is the classic roast pork joint but of course can be used in other ways. Our family likes it as a roast or cut into steaks.
